I had an NHS emergency appointment today at Alpha Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Always have a great experience, reception are lovely and friendly, checked in for my appointment, called in on time, seen and looked after during my appointment. Prescription given and next appointment made. Given treatment plan to read, gentleman held the door open for me as I had the double pram. Overall fantastic visit from my dentist very happy patient. My partner went here for an emergency appointment after being in unbearable pain for the whole night. We were clear from the beginning that we are not registered with this practice. So he got offered an emergency appointment under the NHS access scheme (we didn't ask, but thought that was nice). So he shows up, gets an x-ray done, finds out that the tooth needs urgent treatment (no surprise there).
