Ivy Dental is by far the best dentist I have been too. They make you feel so warm and at ease. Their patience and empathy is impeccable. Their skills and knowledge is top notch. Explained everything in detail and was honest (which I love). Big shout out to Kim, Sanjay, Brigitte, Paul and Amy for handling me so perfectly. Cannot wait for my teeth 😊
A fantastic practice that clearly understands what patient-centred healthcare looks like. From the moment you walk in the place radiates a positive and caring atmosphere. Collaboration between administrative and clinical teams is fantastic, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Kudos to whoever is responsible for your recruitment and processes - you’ve clearly got it right. Special thanks to Dr Mahfuza for her calm and reassuring approach, and to dental nurse Amy for the informative and welcoming interactions at the front desk.
I cannot recommend this place enough. After having many complications growing up with my teeth I have always been anxious visiting the dentist. I recently went to my original dentist and had an awful experience where I was made to feel small and guilty for my oral hygiene. I don’t have the best set of nashers but I believe you should still be treated with respect. I visited Ivy Dental today and was welcomed by Malcom and his assistant Paul who were nothing but lovely towards me. My first visit to Ivy Dental. I can’t speak too highly of the treatment i received. Mahfuza was great and explained why I had been experiencing severe pain. I saw Brigit, Hygienist, and can honestly say I have never had such thorough treatment. She was amazing. I no longer have any pain. I will definitely have my future dental care at the Ivy. I can’t thank them enough.
