Mydentist - Marple Road - Offerton

My dentist for Marple road clearly states they're taking new patients. When I called this morning, that was the first message on the call. After waiting to speak to the receptionist, she was rude and very abrupt, saying we're not taking new patients! She didn't even let me speak. Please if this is not the case, can you remove the message from your page and at the start of the message when a call is made to your practice? It's very misleading. Thanks

I am not impressed how my son was handled today, healthy tooth taken I was under the impression that he was having his fillings sorted! Im waiting to see the consent forms which I didnt sign... Beyond fuming pulled a tooth and said it was at my request NO IT WAS NOT I actually said I understand teeth can randomly hurt whilst they're growing through, rang up to see if he needed the appt because he hasn't been in pain for a few days and they said they'd still have him in and check him over now he is in pain because you've ripped the tooth out of his head!

Morning,my brother has very recently registered with you & that he had an appointment this afternoon at 14:00 & his name is John Crowley & he is in absolute agony with toothache & this am emergency & I suggested to him to go to Stepping Hill Hospital. My brother shouldn't endure for another week of toothache,he won't be able to eat with this pain. My brother should be seen immediately,give my brother a phone call ASAP

I saw a new dentist, Robyn, for a check up. She was brilliant - really empathetic, explained everything really well. They had a cancellation so I managed to get the work done the next day, and Robyn was ace again - gave me extra pain relief and explained step by step what was happening. 10/10
