Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have just received from Monica Wu. sadly we had to cancel our initial appointment with Monica due to a close family members bereavement on the day of the appointment, a new appointment was made for in 4 weeks time. i have now been informed 2 days before our appointment by reception that Monica is unwilling to see my son due to our previous cancellation. I would advise any future clients of Monica to ensure they do not suffer any bereavements' on the day of her appointments. absolutely disgusted by this treatment.
Lovely staff very patient during a difficult extraction so thank you. Made sure I was ok every step of the way. Very attentive. Would recommend to anyone. Lovely group of people.
I’ve been a patient at Ethos for many years and the team are always welcoming, friendly and supportive. The dental hygiene advice is first class and preventative treatment keeps future problems to a minimum. Highly recommended.
Always a great experience. Friendly and welcoming the all the staff are great and Simon is the kindest most patient and best dentist!
