I joined this dental practice as an extremely nervous patient that needed lots of dental work. I’ve visited 3 times now and every time has been nothing short of exceptional. They have been so reassuring and supportive and have completely transformed my teeth already and made such a difference to my life. The last time was with two students..Ramisa & Claudia tutored by Alaa Alsaeed and I could not be happier. The work that they’ve done is absolutely outstanding. Called in today to an appointment, was welcomed by Laura, had a big smile and warm welcome, so professional. She is a credit to Bupa.
Brilliant customer services, staff are all polite and willing to help with anything. Fantastic compassion and empathy for patients.
Very friendly staff. Put me at ease straight away. Only issue I have is the heating. Far too hot!!
