A brilliant practice that serves our family. Speaking for myself, the Dentist Rob is so nice and explains brilliantly and clearly how things are, what to keep an eye on etc. I've been visiting the hygienist for a couple of years as similarly a pleasant experience. They cancelled my appointment at the last minute because “the dentist can no longer work that day” so I had to reschedule to an appointment weeks later. Then just a few days before the rescheduled appointment they call and cancel last minute again for the same reason and can’t offer a replacement appointment for another nearly 2 weeks. Been a patient at this practice since I first even had teeth and just constantly get fobbed off again and again.
