Brinnington Dental Practice

Me and my three small children completely deregistered after changing a couple of appointments, I cant help if my children get poorly. No notice or warning. NHS has gone completely shocking. Now I’m having to find another dentist after being with them for 27 years. I will be writing a formal complaint because one review isn’t enough.

Phoned up to see if they are taking on new patients I was willng to pay private fees as my dentist is 3 hours of travelling, they are not accepting private patients. I asked are you taking on NHS patients they said yes, if you're a child, reciever of carers allowance, or you are a veteran. Never heard anything so ridiculous 🙄 🤷. So you dont want paying customers. STRANGE !

They have refused myself, my partner and my 5 month old daughter, only taking paying customer not NHS, and also a veteran which a told them and still said NO

I had to go private to this dentist and the care I received was second to none! The Receptionist couldn’t have done more, very kind and efficient. The lovely assistant was efficient and kind. The dentist I saw was brilliant, I was a nervous patient due to a bad experience. I need not have worried. The filling I had done is fantastic, apart from usual injection, I had no pain whatsoever! I give definitely more than five stars! Thanks to all
