I joined as I was aware they were taking on NHS patients, but it turns out that I wasn't NHS and was asked to sign other paperwork to confirm that I would accept the costs if they changed. I hadn't realised this until my 2nd appointment. So you should be aware of that. First appointment was a routine check-up. The person examined my mouth using fingers only for approximately 30 seconds. I was told that visually everything looked healthy but as I was a new patient, we would do x-rays. X-rays were completed and about 30 seconds were spent looking at the imaging. I was told there was a need f…
Terrible service my wife went for a tooth extraction and they couldn't do it because she was still in pain after the medication,put a COVID face mask over her eyes! And had no way of monitoring her vitals apart from an Amazon finger monitor. Sent her away with extreme tooth pain and swelling with no help or pain relief. The toilet in there was horrendous, no light had to use my phone torch, it stunk and there was poo on the toilet roll.
First time today! Absolutely lovely… from reception to the dentist. Made me very relaxed and explained everything thoroughly! Will definitely be my dentist moving forward! Thank you.
Cannot overstate how brilliant this dentist has been. My brother has dental anxiety and they have been extremely helpful. Everyone is very compassionate and from the reception staff to the dentists and dental assistants they are empathetic helpful and have made a huge difference in his oral hygiene and dental anxieties cannot reccomend enough
