Very friendly practice. Professional, helpful and all in all the best dentist I've ever had. The ladies on reception are super friendly and welcoming. Jak is just brilliant. Puts your mind at rest and makes you feel calm ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It's ok but one of the male dentists refused to do a quick scale and polish under NHS treatment. My teeth definitely needed a scale and polish not a deep hygiene clean. In the current climate people can't afford £70 for a separate appointment hygiene clean. I felt pretty rushed. He also only gave me a clove pack for an absence once when I needed antibiotics. Uma is great though. Brilliant service, referred me to an oral specialist.
Visiting mydentist was a very caring and relaxing experience. I've always been nervous about Visiting any dentist but the staff and the very calming Doctor that did my treatment were fantastic and my thanks to all involved for a great result. I'd recommend Mydentist to anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. Once again thank you.
I went for a check-up that cost £100, and the appointment was finished in about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I was charged an additional £50 for reasons that were never properly explained. Then I was told I needed to book another 30-minute appointment that would cost £700 on the day. So in total, I paid £150 just to be told to come back and pay another £700. I’ll definitely be taking this further.
