Thankyou to Gemma and Rohan who did an amazing job with my daughter who was in agony with a tooth infection. Gemma wasbrilliant on the phone so calm and understanding, and Rohan did a pulp excavation with amazing precision and care. My daughter is now pain free thankyou so much would definatley reccommend them. 🙏

Millie, not only are you a receptionist and an amazing one, you tonight were brilliant with me knowing how scared I was but your words of encouragement and understanding helped me so much! This is the dental practice you need ! While all others are frustrating, this lot deliver classic customer service, with exceptional practice skills. I’ve visited tonight due to a swore tooth and have been seen quickly and efficiently. Leaving happy and will be returning. Millie on the desk was welcoming and did have an upbeat choice of waiting rooms tunes. Ridwan and Simran in the medical room were professional and personable. Genuinely impressed.

☆☆☆☆ LAST MINUTE ☆☆☆☆ ☆☆ EMERGENCY APPT ☆☆ The receptionist Millie was Polite, warm and very welcoming for starters. Was seen by Hardeep whom gave me my options and some realisations i opted for the extraction, this was the quickest and most pain free I've ever been from an extraction. He and his Dental Nurse made me Comfortable and gave me great advice. Definetly recommend. Not sure on the stance WRT NHS patients, you wiuld need to call the practice for more info. After the procedure Millie once again was polite and warm when dealing with settling up the cost. A price i found reasonable…
