Recently while traveling abroad to Europe to visit family, I had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Christian Lucas in his practice at Castle View Dental Spa. Any anxious feelings I was experiencing before hand were quickly resolved by the warmth of the staff and how helpful and supportive they were to me. The dental spa itself was decorated with earthly subtle colors that inspired relaxation and a feeling of immediate calm. Jane who sat behind the reception desk was so personable and not only offered something warm to drink, she also took the time to make me a cup of tea while waiting …
I have used Castle View Dental Spa since July 2023. Christian and his entire team have always been extremely courteous, pleasant and professional throughout, diplomatically handling the intricacies of my rather erratic treatment schedule (due to travelling a lot). The costs are reasonable and fair, and the 'bedside manner' of the team is excellent, ideal for anyone feeling anxious. I can't recommend them highly enough.
After seeing many different dentists over the years, I can honestly say Dr. Lucas stands out. He is thorough, patient, and truly focused on doing what’s best for his patients. The level of care and professionalism here is far above my past experiences. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Castle View Dental Spa. I have been a customer for many years and as a nervous patient highly recommend Christian for his approach and putting me and my children at ease. Appointments are always on time with no waiting around and you are kept informed at every step of your appointment which makes the experience pleasant and enjoyable
