During an appointment with Andi the hygienist, I mentioned several times that he was hurting me and being quite rough through the process. The following 5 days my whole jaw ached, not just the areas worked on. The next visit I gave this feedback to which he huffed at me instead of maybe a I'm sorry to hear that. I called this out at the time to which he denied the huff reaction. He also came across unhappy when I said that I was not using the branded tepe brushes but an alternative due to cost.
