Consult room was uncomfortably hot, like a sauna, odd way of dealing with patients, repeatedly insinuating they’re not good for the money, stuffy impatient attitude, be prepared to be spoken to like a child, 2-week wait time for a clean. Relieved/pleased I had this experience before I was about to spend a significant amount on a smile makeover. North London is literally saturated with brilliant dental clinics. I’ve found an excellent cosmetic dental clinic on my doorstep, with only two dentists, prompt appointment availability and a stellar 5 star rating. Shop around!
