Just to say a massive thankyou to Joe and all the lovely members of staff that have made my experience amazing. Not being young it's not always easy to do these things especially suffering from TMJ. After years of discomfort the treatment has turned my life around so for anyone suffering please look into this. I thoroughly recommend rainford orthodontics for there understanding and reassurance with my constant questions. We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rainford orthodontist! My daughter has SEN needs and Mel was so lovely and adaptive when dealing with her. Putting her at ease and making the whole process feel manageable for her. Faye at reception is really accommodating with appointments and is committed to getting it right for child around school and extra curricular activities. My daughter is 13 and will get her braces off next week, she couldn't be happier!! I would recommend to anyone starting the braces journey with their child!

My daughter Millie just had her 1st appointment with Joe here and we left very excited! Joe was really friendly and very informative. She is so excited for her treatment to start and we couldn't of wished for someone nicer to be doing it for her. All the staff were really warm and welcoming from start to finish. Very happy! :)

Woman on reception (blonde older lady with glasses) was nothing but rude and blunt both times me and my daughter interacted with her, no smiling and for a good period of time didn’t even acknowledge we were stood there, orthodontic team are brilliant and really lovely however the woman on reception just took away from that unfortunately.
