Phoned this Dental Practice up,my Granddad was in a dreadful state he couldn't remove his denture he is 93 years of age,we asked the dentist if he could remove it for him it would have literally took 3minutes,he refused saying he was too busy,even offered to pay. No worries though phoned another Dentist on the corner of Mossburogh Road who told us to bring him down and they would take it out for him. So much for Cross Pit Dental Practice,would avoid at all costs,dont care so unfeeling.
I had a root canal done there. After it was done, I had excruciating pain for 3 days that I had to call 119 but unfortunately they couldn’t do anything for me. I went back to the dentist and he said to watch for a few weeks. The pain was still there for a month. I asked him to refer me to a specialist but he said he didn’t know any and said the only thing he could do was to pull the tooth out! I had to find a specialist myself and was told that my tooth was infected for a long time it developed chronic infection and had pus coming out when they opened it again. Brilliant local private dentist. I have been going to this dentist all my life. The dentist and hygienist are very friendly! You know your teeth are in good hands with Tony!
