I am so grateful to have found this wonderful dental practice for my 4.5-year-old daughter. She has weak enamel, which means her teeth can decay easily, and as a mum, that has always worried me. Disgusting service, I would avoid at all costs... I arrived on time with my other family members (4 to be seen in total) I was told there was not enough time to see me dispite my other 3 being seen already and my slot being on time in that moment, with excuses that I was late when the schedule for the full booking was on track at the time. I was made to feel small in front of multiple members of the public and abused off the manager who refused to provide any detailed information about higher management and would only give hers. I wanted to share my experience with this dental clinic. Unfortunately, both of my daughters were treated very poorly during their visits.
