Staff are disorganised and give incorrect information about appointments. Waited over an hour to be seen this is to do with a combination of reception booking appointments wrong and MOCHLI being more interested in chatting to patients about their holiday homes. No communication about wait times no apologies for running late. Staff lie and say he’ll only be 5 more minutes waited over an hour for my 10 minute emergency appointment only to be told I would have to be charged privately for any work to be done that day.
