Was a patient at burgess n hyder but got took off the books because was in hospital 4 months with a perforated bowel in 2 places and couldn't make an appointment bit harsh I thought

My 6yo had an extraction with Dr. N Bari & Jamie. They were excellent with her and helped keep her calm and brave. It's just a shame they can't keep a regular NHS dentist at the practice.

De-registered NHS patient. My dentist/hygienist for 20 odd years. Last appointment Nov 2019. No appointments available in lockdown, rang up for one due to toothache Sep 2021, told to give it a couple of weeks and call back. Toothache got better, so didn't bother them. Went round for routine appointment and told I'd been de-registered as over 2 years. Very poor. Service was good enough while I was able to get in. Dan H

Seems to be ran on a shoe string. Between canceled appointment's, locum dentists, and receiving my treatment from a therapist (rather than a dentist) this place has set off too many alarm bells. I finally received my treatment finished (a filling) after the fifth appointment, which resulted in a different treatment than was originally proposed. I was left with a filling that the therapist has said may not last long (meaning I'll be back to pay again) and that it probably needs a crown. Why didn't they do this originally.
