Lovely friendly receptionist's, made to feel at ease. New dentist and assistant were very professional, explained everything perfectly along the way. Been attending this dentist for years as NHS patient but unfortunately have had to go private but that's how it is wherever you go now, I'm just very happy to have a dentist locally and one I feel I can trust. Cost was reasonable for treatment I received. Thank you.
Recommend this dental practice. The dentist that extracted 4 of my anxious child’s teeth out was very kind and reassuring. She made it look so easy! She has been good with my fillings too. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and I like that you get a phone call reminder 48 hours before your appointment. No complaints from any of us.
Excellent clinicians who operate in a calm, friendly and businesslike manner putting the patient at ease. Every aspect of the treatment was fully explained and the pros and cons of the options available were discussed before the on-going treatment was agreed upon. I have now been treated by both dentists in the Practice and have every confidence to continue to benefit from the care that they offer. Thank you.
A very nervous patient arrived to find such friendly people. The dentist was very good at putting me at ease; talking me through everything that needed to be done. Giving me the choice if I wanted to carry on. The current option for financial help wasnt very helpful. It would have been good if they had a den plan to help with paying for future treatment, as this visit burned a large hole in my finances.
