Had to take my daughter last night, lovely receptionist, triaged almost immediately then saw the nurse less than 5 minutes later. Was there just 20 minutes. Lovely and clean and everyone really helpful.

Absolutely brilliant service! Always friendly & helpful no matter how busy they are. Have helped my little boy many times with ear infections & chest infections. Thank you for all your help

I recently attended the urgent care clinic with my son. He had a terrible cough and so was concerned. He was see by a nurse practitioner and not a doctor to which I had no issues. On examination the nurse did the ear/chest/throat checks as routine. It was all ok but then she diagnosed my son with Strep throat and prescribed him penicillin. I wasn’t fully happy with her diagnosis so next day I took my son for a second opinion at the local GP, the nurse examined him again and said he definitely doesn’t have strep throat and he was mid-diagnosed. It was a good experience, really good staffs, I went in the hospital on Saturday. Really beautiful interior. Plenty of parking spaces next to the hospital.
