Fen House Dental Practice - Gosberton

Absolutely brilliant dental practice. A lovely facility that’s always clean, and welcoming. The front-facing customer service is second to none, always friendly, helpful and professional from the moment you walk in to communicating reminders. The dentists are just excellent. They’re reassuring, and clearly care about patient comfort and long-term dental health. The dental nurses/assistants are also really supportive and always kind. I’m so grateful to have found such a fantastic practice!

Perfectly satisfied with the recent work done - and it was not what I would call 'run-of-the-mill' - but it was executed professionally with no fuss. Reception staff are great! And it's not often that gets said these days! I would have given five stars but for the parking situation which I understand is not the fault of the surgery - but it is just a little inconvenient not to be able to park closer. (On all of my visits the car park has been full). Great to have reminders sent running up to the actual appointment.

Very organised with a call to remind us we had an appointment 48 hours before. Friendly staff and attentive to medical changes since last appointment. Dentist herself was lovely and made me comfortable with her manner. Kept to appointment time too which is a great help when you also have a busy schedule.

Took my 14 year old son as he was having bad tooth pain constantly. They said there was nothing wrong with his tooth and even sniggered at him and seemed to suggest he was making it up. A while later and the pain is still continuing so took him to Ernvale Dental in Spalding (Private). They did x-rays and it turns out his tooth is almost hollow (20% remaining) and the pain is a bare root that all the food and drink is hitting. Stay away from this dentist at all costs!!!
