I have been at this practice for many years and must congratulate Dr J Parmer and her team on their transformation. The revamped reception area is like walking into a Spa, the decor and quality of the Client waiting area is stunning. The calming music and pleaseant reception staff just gives you that Spa relaxation experience. The transformation does not stop there. The creation of 2 extra treatment rooms provides 50% more opportunity for patient care. Shout out to Leah too, a fine example of how happy the workplace is.

I saw Sam Banna for a dental check up today. A very pleasant man with a good smile made me feel very much at ease. He was very professional and gave me all the explanations I needed. I did need some treatment which he sorted immediately and painlessly. He also discussed a plan as to what further treatment would be appropriate going forward. Overall, despite having an extraction, a pleasant experience.

The care I received from Dr Jyoti Parma was the best I have received. Having broken my tooth I was given different options which was clearly explained. This was done in a calm environment and I wasn’t rushed into making a decision on the day which I appreciated. On my return to having my tooth fixed, again time was taken to explain what was going to happen and making sure I was happy and comfortable.
