My initial visit to Dr. Ruby Magooa at the  MyDentist Palmerston Road practice was prompted by significant dental discomfort. I was promptly scheduled for an appointment, and Dr. Magooa exhibited exceptional kindness and patience, thoroughly explaining the entire procedure. It was determined that a root canal treatment was necessary, and the referral was processed on the same day. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were friendly and very reassuring. I had an extraction and it was painless and quick. Probably the most positive dental experience I've had, to be honest . 5 stars!

I visited mydentist on Monday March 2 to see the hygienist Win Vongsawat. His care, explanations, skill, friendliness and attention to detail were excellent. The experience was enjoyable too and Win inspired confidence.

I used to dread going to the dentist, but this practice has completely changed my mind. The atmosphere is so genuinely happy, and it's all thanks to the incredible team. Omid is an amazing dentist always gentle and thorough and Beth is an absolute star. They have a great rapport that makes you feel so at ease. My check-up was quick, painless, and even enjoyable.
