Routine appointment but also proposed treatment for a particular issue. I have been with this practice for over 20 yrs and trust them implicitly. The issue I had was discussed fully with all options offered and explained. Whilst the outcome is not ideal, and the treatment is not cheap, I am fully satisfied and confident that I will receive the care and professionalism that I have always had from my dentist. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly and the communication I receive from them is prompt and reliable.
I have been going to Ainsdale Dental Practice for a number of years. They are always polite and helpful on the phone and reception. My Dentist is Phil Meldrum he is always professional and explains clearly what he is doing putting you at ease. The service is outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone to Ainsdale Dental Practice
My dentist has been my dentist from me being a child. He’s amazing! Knows it’s not my favourite place but I attend every 6 months. He’s so calming and reassuring and I’d never ever have another dentist. God help me if he ever gets old enough to retire as I’ll not trust anyone else! Keep being you Mr Meldrum
Always a nice experience when I visit, reception staff always polite and helpful and a nice waiting area , car park available , Dr Meldrum always thorough and helpful, always have a good chat with him in between treatments, been a patient here for years and never had a reason to complain about anything.
