Avoid this clinic at all costs. They book NHS emergency appointments but give each patient no more than about 10 minutes before the next person is called in. It feels like they are simply rushing through as many patients as possible rather than actually helping people in pain. Attended today. Nisha at reception is just amazing. Great customer service skills, friendly and polite. She always goes the extra mile, and is an asset to the team. Always look forward to seeing her. Dr Patel treated me and was just exemplary. Very competent, always kind, explains everything and is reassuring. Thanks for your service, you guys do a great job! Sharon Gill

Her denture was damaged and he had given us time to think about it and claimed he didn’t need to look at her teeth but that’s what a check up is for? He put in a mi…
