We had an appointment booked for my daughter, she attended, they told her no appointment was on their system. Called up to be told she had been given someone else's appointment details by their mistake. Because of this she will now have to wait another 3 month for a brace adjustment, totalling to 6 months since last one. At this point in treatment the brace is just for decoration for now

Booked my appointment 8 weeks in advance, which was cancelled by their reception the day of, and offered a new appointment a further 8 weeks in the future - rang Wearside Orthodonists Sunderland who were able to accommodate an appointment the same day
