Absolutely spot on this dental practice! I had a problem with a broken tooth, half of it had broken off, I’d had it capped 4x by my previous dentist but when it came off again i was told the only option would be to have it taken out? as that was not a road I was prepared to go down I rang this dental practice and was given an appointment, within the week my tooth has been restored, I can’t even tell it was ever broken, i’m absolutely over the moon with the results! Thank you so much to the lovely dentist who did the job! 😁
Been with this dentist for over 10 years. Recently my tooth snapped and I have been in a lot of pain. I telephoned them for an appointment but they refused to make me one. Not because they didn’t have any appointments available, but because I haven’t needed an appointment since 2021. Told me to either go on a call back list which could take months or phone around elsewhere!
Its been about 7 months now I haven't heard a thing from them I previously had to cancel my appointment because I had covid iv payed for the treatment to its a disgrace fair enough if I was getting it for free but im a paying customer and they have basically scammed me out of my money do not use this dentist and good luck calling to you will just get terrible attitude. I want my monet back
£64 for a filling not done properly. Tooth still sensitive. Took about a minute and a half. Going elsewhere to get it done properly. I had traveled over twenty miles to get to this dentist, thinking they were good. Never again. It's like a conveyor belt!
