My daughter’s such a wonderful experience at this dental practice and felt compelled to share. Dr Ravi is truly exceptional, professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear that great care and attention go into every detail, and I felt completely confident in the treatment I received. A very special thank you to the dental assistant Octavia as well, so warm, attentive, and supportive throughout. The dentist and the dental nurse assistant were lovely and very professional . Both very very kind, caring and considerate. I felt listened to, understood and validated. My questions were answered and I was given realistic advice. It was a beneficial appointment . All my anxieties were taken away.
Great service overall. The team were really friendly and genuinely nice. I usually try to avoid the dentist, but they took me on very quickly and immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly step by step, and they constantly checked that I was alright. Couldn’t have asked for better care.
I have been seeing Angie the hygienist for 2-3 years now. She is extremely thorough. She has explained in detail to me the consequences of self care or lack of it. This has really encouraged me to do what is required between appointments. I insist on seeing Angie, the most efficient, thorough, hygienist I've been to. Always a friendly welcome too.
