I saw Muntasir (Dr Farah) today, it was the first time in my life I have ever come across such a compassionate, competent and professional Dentist. Dr Farah took great care in making sure my treatment was as painless as possible. He made me feel really relaxed and at ease during with my entire visit. Crucially Dr Farah made me feel like a valued patient and not just a number, like many, many dentists do. From my own personal experience, sometimes in life one can witness a person with integrity and empathy, and today was such a day, lucky me. I also need to mention that I was very grateful…

I used the practice as an emergency via NHS111. The staff were welcoming, friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walked in. The dentist I saw, was calming and friendly as was his nurse. The site was clean and inviting with parking available. All in all a nice visit for someone who ‘is not a fan’.
