Widney Dental Care

My friend who is in a wheelchair needed fairly major dental treatment so I took her to see Dr Abbass at Widney Dental care. The dentist and all the staff at the practice were amazing, very kind and helpful. Dr Abbass was very patient and took time to explain exactly what the options for treatment were and gave costing for each option so that my friend could choose which course she wanted to take. She was not a perfect patient but he was very kind and took time to help her deal with what was happening. I cannot praise them enough!

Thank you for a kind and compassionate service. The procedure was quick but I appreciate how long Dr Binamin took to alleviate my nerves and anxiety. I found it so informative looking at my 3D scan to locate exactly how the tooth was sitting in relation to an important nerve. Thank you for talking me through the procedure.

I had a scale and polish with Javeria. I’m giving 4 stars because on both occasions my appointment started 10 mins late. But Javeria and the other staff member were both apologetic and explained it couldn’t be helped which I do understand but it would be good for the reception staff to let you know if there is a delay to manage expectations. Javeria took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough and conscientious. I appreciated her warm and patient manner with me as it was my first experience in quite a few years.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to for Widney Dental Care! This is genuinely one of the best dental practices I've ever been to. The whole team are friendly, professional, and make every visit a positive experience. A special mention to the reception staff - they're always so polite, organised, and welcoming. The dentists and nurses are brilliant too - they take time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel at ease. Couldn't recommend Widney Dental Care more.
