I’m so glad I found Smile Concepts. Everything there has been excellent from the start. The reception staff and all the dentists and nurses are incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable right away, and the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this practice.
I have been registered with Smile Concepts for many years and have received general dental care, implant surgery, orthodontic treatment, teeth whitening and regular appointments with the hygienist. Each professional is friendly, approachable and an expert in their field. Treatment plans are discussed upfront and so there are no surprises. Reception staff are super helpful. I can't recomend it more highly, you're in safe hands.
I was in need of urgent dental treatment regarding replacing worn upper teeth with dental implants. I considered an overseas option but chose to go ahead with a trusted reputable dentist. I am pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Also, I'm confident that any future problems can and will be resolved in a very quick and professional manner. Many thanks from myself, and I'm sure from all treated at Smile concepts.
Great experience from start to finish — from the friendly reception team to the highly skilled professionals, including the surgeon, orthodontist, and hygienist. I had a fairly complex procedure with multiple follow-ups, all of which were handled brilliantly. I’ve been recommending this practice ever since and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
