Raheela Maududi is a brilliant dentist. Very caring and kind. The best dentist ever. She has brought my smile back. I had a lot of issues with my gums but we stubbled through it and now I have a smile to be proud off.

Echoing many of the reviews below, the service at Smile Dental Care is absolutely shocking. While the dentists themselves are good, the front desk and customer service team are beyond incompetent. The last appointments I booked were all cancelled on the same day, after I had already taken time off work. In each case, the cancellation happened around 20 minutes before I was due to arrive. I was also moved to a full-time private patient despite having always been an NHS patient. I only had one private treatment because it wasn’t offered on the NHS, yet I was never reverted back or informed …

I was supposed to have an appointment with dr Khan. She is nice and helpful doctor, who is doing everything carefully and explaining all steps, but my appointments cancelled 3rd time. I am treating my tooth since July and still no progress as after cancellation they are offering re-booking for one month later, which can lead to loosing tooth. I would not recommend this practice if you have anything more serious than regular cleaning or filling.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Raheela. What she did with my teeth truly feels like a miracle. She was extremely polite, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. I had lost hope because of the condition of my teeth, and with a big occasion approaching, I was so worried and afraid to smile. But thanks to Dr. Raheela, I can smile confidently again. I’m beyond grateful for her skill, care, and kindness. Highly recommended!
