Moonlight Dental Surgery

This is our family surgery and one of the best dental surgeries in and around Slough. All the staff here is very professional, caring and receptive. Especially the lady on reception and Dr Rabia Satti, they are both thoroughly professional. We went there yesterday for regular checkup for our children and my son's front tooth filling. The lady who carried out the procedure was extremely friendly with my son (2 years old) who usually isn't very co-operative but happily sat through the treatment. I had an appointment booked for 12:00 and arrived early at 11:55. I sat in the waiting area expecting to be called, but no one came to see me or even acknowledge that I was there. By 12:20, still nothing, no update, no check-in, nothing at all. Absolutely terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Moonlight Dental Surgery in Britwell, Slough.

Had apointment at 9am, i arrived at 8.57 and registered with the receptionist, sat in reception for 15 min and every other patient was being called. i looked at the receptionist at 9 15 and she said the dentist i was booked in with had not arrived yet, i sat there patiently and the dentist arrived at 9.24, i was still sat in reception until 9.31 and had still not been called, so i left, the receptionist said that it was not her fault and i should take it up with the dentist... So proffesional on all fronts!!!! Would not recommend
