Never usually one to complain but the rude attitude from the receptionist (Caroline) during my visit was that bad I had to leave a comment. Being front of house in an establishment where a lot of clients may be feeling nervous, you’d expect to see a nice, happy, friendly face to welcome you in and start off your experience pleasantly. However Caroline was extremely blunt. I misheard her and she very rudely corrected me and then proceeded to use no manners (please or thanks) when asking me to fill out forms etc. This escalated my already bad anxiety during my dental visit. Gabby and Jo are amazing. Jo was very helpful on the phone when I was in pain, and on my visit. Gabby is the best dentist I have ever experienced. She put my mind at ease, she numbed me well, and showed me the xray. She extracted my tooth in a jiffy. I had no ill after effects. Thank you so much for your expertise and kindness, both of you.

I am very nervous at the dentist and this was my 1st time at this practice. I had a rather difficult tooth to extract and Gabby and the hygienist went over and above to make me feel as settled as I could be. Very kind and considerate. Just a shame I can't register with them yet as this would 100% be my dentist of choice. Thank you for trying your best to make this as pain free and easy as possible.
