Digmoor Dental Practice

Receptionist is moody and dentist keeps applying temporary fillings till the root dies and you need root canals. Ended up going private to escape.

Very snooty receptionists that talk to you like you are stupid. Really let's the place down. My poor wife called today as she is in agony with a tooth where the filling has fallen out. Told that they don't do emergency appointments and she would have to wait 4 full days. How is that caring for their patients! A shame as the dentists are very nice, and I have every expectation that they would see her and treat her if they knew about it, but until they address their reception staff's poor attitudes then their rating will continue to reflect the poor service.

Been at the practice for years Heather is an amazing hygienist really friendly and gentle too. I like the dentist he always gives me good advice and has helped me alot over the years

I had an appointment in April 2020 which was cancelled due to lock down, I then couldn't reschedule until May 2021. Every time I rang up to try I was told emergency appointments only. In May 21 I was told as I hadnt been seen in the last 12 months I couldn't book an appointment however there was a waiting list of 6 months so asked if I could go on it. By Jan 2022 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back up to see how long the list was & was told there wasn't a waiting list.
