111 referred me here for an emergency appointment as my mauler has crumbled? snapped? decayed? still unsure but the nerves are visible and it's causing me extreme pain that will not ease with pain medication nor allow me to rest. (I've signed the NHS emergency care sheet while here but left on reception as I walked out) Phoned this morning asked for an emergency appointment and was seen, dentist told me I needed a tooth extraction, but that it would cost me £350? I had told the dentist I'm unable to pay this fee and was met with that I could get a payment plan but I have to make the bill …
111 thought my case is emergency and sound like infection since i had cancer treatment and prone to them but lady on the phone said it doesn’t sound like emergency to her and if it will not classed as one on the appointment i will be charged full whack. If this is how they treat me without even seeing me i do not trust that they treat people with care about them. The only care is getting is much money as possible. All i wanted is help with pain with broken front teeth and then making plans on restoration. I wouldn’t trust them making best decision for me
I have been a patient of Park dental for the last 8 years. My visit yesterday was the best experience I have ever received from any dentist. From the reception staff to my amazing dentist. I would highly recommend Park dental and would give more than 5 star of I could.
Happy staff and a very nice looking waiting area which I was told has had a recent refit. The dentist Ramin Ajabshir and his assistant made me feel relaxed before I had the tooth extracted, didn't feel anything. Thank you
