I came to this clinic to have a wisdom tooth removed. I found the staff to be truly exceptional. The administrative team was courteous and welcoming, and the doctor and dental assistant demonstrated great professionalism and skill. The entire process was efficient, quick, and delivered with high quality.

My husband and I experience brilliant dental service here in Sutton House, Sittingbourne. Overall the service team from reception to surgery makes us comfortable and no fear of teeth surgery. Miss Kaydie Winch is exercise patience and care on my nerves reaction. It will be much better to have max waiting of 15 mins sitting inside of the Dental House during lunch hour for the appointment made at 2:00pm, particularly in the bad weather day!

Shocking experience! The appointment was rushed, I received no explanation about the treatment (my first time having a tooth extracted), was injected without warning and then had my tooth violently yanked out - again, no warning or explanation. When I became panicked, I was told off like a child. The dentist showed zero empathy or compassion, and I left very shaken and upset. This is unusual for me, as I’ve always felt calm and at ease during previous treatments (fillings, crown, etc) at the Canterbury branch. I’ve submitted a complaint and will wait to hear back.

Used this dentist for first time today. I was in a lot of pain with bad tooth. Reception did their best to get me seen ASAP, really friendly and dentist pulled tooth with no pain at all. Very professional dentist! Price was good too. My dentist from now on, would definitely recommend. 10/10.
