I am a very nervous dental patient, and after years of fear it took a lot for me to begin my journey towards better dental care. Dr Tom has been incredibly patient, calm, and supportive throughout the process of getting my dental implant, taking the time to explain everything and always making sure I felt comfortable and reassured. Excellent service from reception right through to dentist Michael and dental nurse. I was extremely nervous as my previous dentist had retired. Michael was patient (in the extreme)very kind and gentle and thorough out. He explained to me all the different stages of treatment. I would recommend Merrifield Dental Practice to all but especially if one is a nervous patient.

I phoned up at 9am to say my front incisor crown had broken, I was offered an appointment for 9.45 by 10am all fixed and scan sent to have permanent crown made. Micheal is an amazing dutiful kind considerate man.

As a child and teenager I was frightened of the dentist. Thank you to all the wonderful team at Merrifield. Who have given me peace and confidence to return time and time again.
