Dentist was excellent. I was seen promptly and he was really helpful. He showed me photos of my teeth and explained the treatment that he had completed. Not so happy with reception. I developed a sore throat and tried to change appointment. The reception was very offhand and told me that if I didn’t come to the appointment I would lose my NHS place Lack of empathy that you wouldn’t expect in a healthcare setting.
I underwent a root canal procedure performed by Seren Rhian Mirza-Davies on 02/03/26. The quality of her work was outstanding; I almost fell asleep during the treatment. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care she and her assistant provided for my challenging tooth. Thank you so much
Excellent service. very pleased i managed to arrange a check at Quality Dental. Clean ,plesent enviroment, friendly efficient staff. All in all an enjoyable visit, I would definatly recomend this practice to anyone who may be nervous visiting a dentist. Staff are amazing, very thorough and reasuring
Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time as very nervous patient. My first visit to Quality Dental and Dr Hemali was fabulous! Patient, reassuring and very understanding she got my check up done quickly and efficiently. Back in 6 months and definitely won’t need to be nervous.
