An amazing experience from start to finish. Over the past two years, I attended multiple consultations for composite bonding, but choosing Jay for my treatment was the best decision I could have made. I needed an emergency dentist appointment urgently as I’d suddenly gained huge facial swelling and pain in my mouth. Dr Rachel was able to fit me in that morning, reassured me that I was right to take my situation seriously, and gave a thorough consult and provided me the prescription I needed for pain relief / to treat the infection, and referred me to A&E to ensure the prescribed medication was enough for the severity of my swelling. Such a positive experience. The hygienist was excellent. I had the Airflow treatment which made the whole experience quick and gentle. The dental exam with Dr Jay Pala was reassuring and very professional. We discussed different options and there was no pressure at all. I felt well looked after and listened to throughout, and would definitely recommend.
