I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Sanaya & her dental nurse Kesia for looking after me so well. Thank you, is a small word to describe all that you have given me, over the past few months. Thank you for your special care, plus lovely smiles, from you both. Truly Amazing. Plus just have to mention Shannon who is just outstanding. Also wonderful Sara,.who initially made me feel so much more confident in myself. Thank you all so much.

After not being able to get into a dentist for what felt like forever! I was lucky enough to be accepted here. And I must say the ladies om the front of house are all lovely, friendly and very welcoming. I was seen today for the first time by viabhav, and he was very friendly and reassuring. I suffer with great anxiety, and he made me feel so good about the whole experience. Thank you for your kindness it seems like the whole world needs a litte more of it at times.

Thank you Rose for putting me totally at ease and fitting my crown painlessly. I cant recommend you enough to anyone who experiences nervousness around dentists. You were brilliant from start to finish

Unreliable and unprofessional, looking elsewhere. I arranged a private dentist hygienist appointment 6 months ago. Received a reminder weeks ago. Arrived and it's closed (no staff cars parked, door locked, no one answering the intercom, no lights on). The sign near the door suggests they'll be open for another couple of hours today regardless of my appointment. I'll find a more reliable dentist e.g. one of several dentists in Bedford accepting new NHS patients, so will no doubt save money as well as receiving a reliable and professional service.
