M R Richards Dental Surgery

I have been with Mr Richards Dental Surgery for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the Surgery's treatment and prices. I have no plans to change my dentist. Mr Richards is the best dentists I've ever had! Just a bit annoying that they seem to change their opening times

On behalf of the practice manager. The two comments are from people who are not actually registered at the surgery (we do not offer seperate hygenist service of which this was explained, the dentist carrys this out)and have never attended for treatment. The surgery strives to offer an emergency to patients who are registered normally within a 24 hours period and we also more than happy to offer advice or triage to patients who are not registered as we are currently extremely busy offering a routine/emergency service to our existing patient's.

Great dentist, really friendly and helpful staff. Always made to feel welcome and put at ease. The best dentist in Shanklin

My Husband called to make an appointment for the hygienist before starting cancer treatment but got no where as the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful and told him to call 111 !!!!! Disgraceful.
