My son has been having treatment here for nearly 3 years and should be at the end of his treatment but due to having to wait so long between appointments and the receptionist not sending appointments when they are meant to resulting in us then waiting over 14 weeks between appointments he isn’t at the end, I have complained and asked for someone to call me and still have not received a call over 2 months later, after a routine visit to the dentist it has been picked up that everything is loose and not as it should be and probably achieving nothing, he is also suffering a lot of sores and cu…
Been trying to call the Receptionist repeatedly. No one answered the phone all day when I repeatedly called. Also left a message on the answer phone and no one called back. I am still waiting days later for a copy of a letter that I was promised. Looking at previous reviews it seems like I am not the only person to have issues.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. My son was told the whole process before even starting then during the actual brace fitting each step was explained to him whilst being done. This was very professional but also caring towards my son. The Lady on reception was also very happy and helpful. Would recommend to others.
Lovely staff! My daughter was very happy with her treatment.
