Mydentist - Fore Street - Seaton

I had an appointment for a check up. The premises were very clean and looked well kept. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. When I was called in for my appointment the dentist and dental nurse were friendly. The check up went well for me and I did not require and treatment All in all it was a pleasant and efficient experience 10 out of 10 for MyDentist practice in Seaton Drvon

I used my dentist as a private dentist as no chance to use on the NHS, the dentist I saw was very rude, judgemental and unprofessional - gave me a bill of over £1000. I went to get a second opinion and was told the only problem with my teeth were the fillings that done at this practice and needed redone.

We just want to thank mydentist Seaton for the support I was given today. In particular, here’s a big shout out for Kim and her fantastic customer care. She went over and above the call of duty to make sure my needs were met and is a real asset to the mydentist team. Thank you!

I called this dentist desperate for help as my 6 year old son was in pain, pleasant enough on the phone but refused however to see my son to help on nhs, but would see him if we paid an extortionate fee, putting profit over the well being of a child is disgraceful, these are not alone as I called over 20 dentist in the area before Honiton Dental stepped up and helped. I hope all the other dentist are ashamed of themselves for putting profit and greed over the well being of a child, absolutely disgusted.
