Had a check up this morning. Asmed, the dentist, was brilliant. His calm, professional yet friendly manner ensured I was relaxed and not at all nervous or worried. He was reassuring and offered great advice. In fact, the entire team were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Used for years then miss 1 appointment and cant be seen. No reminders ect sent out. Extremely poor service. No wonder people are struggling with dental in seaham!

My mam had an appointment with James yesterday, unfortunately she fell ill during the appointment. James and the rest of the staff went out of their way to look after her, their care and compassion was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. James was truly outstanding - he was so comforting with her- taking Mam’s pulse, temperature, giving her oxygen etc. he called the paramedics for her & stayed with her while they examined her. He totally went above and beyond and we could not be more grateful. The help of all of the staff was greatly appreciated.

We live miles away and this was the closest place we could get in, but when you're in that much pain you will do the drive. The receptionist was lovely, she got my husband in straight away and her telephone manner was friendly and professional. Hubby was seen checked and filling straight away. Can't thank the dentist enough
