Couldn't recommend this dentist enough. The receptionists, dentists and mainly nurses are super polite and make you feel at ease from the start. Myself and my children have been using this dentist since it opened and we have never had a single issue. The nurses especially always take the extra time to make sure my little ones feel comfortable when they're nervous before a check up which we didn't at our last surgery.
Professional service and very friendly staff! They welcomed me warmly and explained every step of the treatment. The clinic is clean and modern. I'm very satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend it! 🙂
Terrible! Takes forever to answer the phone. Always cancelling my children’s appointments when we wait months and then it’s approaching a week! Then when you finally get through to reschedule they say you can only be booked in 2-3 months away!
Visited here for the 1st time since 2020 when our nhs dentist struck us off for missing an October routine check up. Really friendly staff and pleased how much Mr James advised us on what preventative cleaning regime and care was needed in the future Thanks S
