Came up for an initial consultation with Janki first thing in the morning. After a thorough check and chat she was able to offer me an appointment that same afternoon to have the work done. She made me feel so calm, and even though it was a long appointment at no point did I feel worried. She talked me through what to expect re pain relief, and future treatment. To top it all off, I had a phone call today to say they realised they had accidentally overcharged me by £9 and have sent a credit to my dentist account to come off the future treatment!
