I would like to leave a positive review about The Borough Dental Practice clinic and in particular about the doctor Jenny Wordley. I have been a client of this clinic for a year and would like to emphasize the excellent service, professional doctors and very comfortable atmosphere. I am Ukrainian and I was very pleased that the clinic supports Ukraine and, understanding the complexity of our path, provides discounts for us. This emphasizes not only the professionalism of doctors, but also their humanity. I will definitely come back again, thank you 🙌🏻
At 60 I have experienced a lot of different dentists! That’s probably 150 visits in my case. This week I had my first appointment here with the lovely HG. This is the nicest practice I’ve been to; kind and very smiley (yes you can tell just from the eyes!) staff. Very modern surgery, well equipped and clearly extremely well managed. Yes I think I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment - I can’t believe I just wrote that! Highly recommended to anyone fearful of the dentist.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to register today as a Royal Navy Veteran (Senior Service) who has served my past Queen and Country. I was told they do not accept NHS Customers which I found offensive and in breach of The Equalities Act 2010. Its wrong to effectively force Senior Citizens to pay premium priced private dentistry. They also told me they are not taking any new Private customers until they expand. Hence its all about MONEY akin to effectivelly being a crime against humanity. The Industry needs to LEVEL UP please.
Friendly & welcoming staff. I cannot praise the dentists enough at this practice. Excellent care & attention to my oral health which has been very reassuring.
