This practice is a total life saver after paying privately for the private Dentist to totally mess my teeth up. I went to smile pad for help the ladies on reception was so welcoming and kind me and my daughter are truly happy we got into this practice, Michael well no words really as the man is Amazing at his job I started my first treatment today and I am truly happy with my teeth even though I got more treatment to go I’m so happy smile pad accepted us and treated us Amazing. Absolutely amazing Mr. Youssef Morad has got to be the best dentist, my 11 year old daughter recently got her baby tooth taken out as it was causing her issues he identified the problem and booked her in for the next day to have it removed, on the day of her appointment she was extremely nervous and got upset as this is the first time she’s had this done mr morad made her feel so much better he made sure she felt comfortable and made her feel so much happier about the situation and she got though it like a trooper all thanks to this amazing man thank you so much for your fine wishes work wi…

Absolutely appalling service. Registered as a new patient and made my first appointment. I arrived on the day 5 minutes late after calling to explain I would be. I was told it was okay. On my arrival I was turned away because I had a cold sore. No one mentioned this to me prior to my appointment. I wasn't aware of the rule, being a new patient. My next appointment was then cancelled last minute by the reception team because of a sickness. I was rebooked and arrived for my next appointment, on time, and waited 30 minutes to be seen. Dr Neal Dreyer is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s so thorough, patient and always doing his best, taking your wishes fully into consideration. No problem is too big for him. The dental nurses and the receptionists are always helpful and friendly. A great team made up with a lovely bunch of lovely. I am recommending my friends and hoping they can get onto their waiting list!l
