PTC should use the strapline "The Painless Dentist". Daniella always put you at ease. Numbing gel massaged onto the gum, then quick pain free injection and almost before I knew it the filling was done and heh presto......cannot recommend PTC and all the staff highly enough!

I can't praise this practice enough, both dentists and the rest of the team. They have been fantastic throughout a number of tricky procedures. Thoroughly professional and patient aware. I am a nervous vistor to the dentist but Daniela has always made me feel at ease understanding my nerves and keeping me informed. I can honestly say that they are the first dentists I feel I can really trust among many I've come across over the years. One of the best dental experiences I've had, and I've had a few at 42! From my first point of contact with michelle which was seemless and super friendly to my treatment with Daniella and her team. I was obviously nervous which they picked up on immediately and quickly worked to calm me and inform.me of everything they were using or doing. Daniella was very thorough and super fast meaning that I had the best chance at healing without any complications. I can't recommend them enough. I learnt more about my whole dental history in half an hour than I have done before.

My partner had a genuine phobia of dentists and so it was a big step to attend. The private treatment centre were professional informative and transparent with the treatment plan and costs. My partner had sedation to ease his fear and the staff have been fantastic in guiding my partner through his treatment. They have been genuine and caring throughout all of his treatment.
